Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Start your request through our Contact page. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

Eligibility

To be eligible, an item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Opened or used personal-care products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. Gift cards and items marked final sale are not returnable.

If your return is approved, we will provide the current return address and instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
