Noir Hour offers free standard shipping on every order delivered within the United States. Estimated delivery is 5 to 8 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or an incomplete address.

Tracking
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Please allow time for the carrier to update the first scan.

Address changes
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately through the Contact page if a correction is needed. Once fulfillment has started, an address change may not be possible.

Order issues
If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or appears lost in transit, contact us through the Contact page with your order number so we can review it.
